Associate Technical Director – Design Management

Bachelor’s degree in building services with a mechanical or electrical bias; Master’s degree is a plus. Preferably Chartered with a reputable professional body (CIBSE, IET, etc.) Minimum of 18 years of experience in MEP design, with a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering background. A high sense of ownership and accountability Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, develop and motivate a large team. Proven project team and Project management skills. Out of box thinking and problem solving. In-depth knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and best practices. Experience working in the GCC region is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of sustainability standards and best practices. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
