Associate- Sourcing Manager

Primary Responsibilities: Support IT Projects Services Procurement Team’s operational activities & transactions globally, challenging levels of excellence through the full process lifecycle & optimizing usage of Vendor Management Solutions (VMS) platforms. Collaborate well with internal stakeholders to understand their IT Project Services needs and ensure alignment with procurement strategies that drive client success and business results. You will partner with aligned Category Management to establish, identify, and refine process improvements and relationship management (both internal and external). Building and maintain professional relationships with vendors and ensuring vendor performance meets organizational standards. Work cooperatively with Global sourcing teammates to meet common objectives. Update, maintain and create procedural guidelines, SharePoint sites and resource documents. Identify opportunities educate the business on souring Services and Contingent Labor Best Practices Ensure compliance and utilization of strategic programs and adherence to executed agreements including pricing, processes and policies. Partner with ITPS team to intake requirements, qualify and define opportunities for reporting requirements. Apply analysis and trends to global sourcing category operations support. Consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism in behavior and performance. Focus on continuous learning regarding sourcing best practices through partnership with a variety of internal teams and gain experience in global sourcing systems. Maintaining emphasis on Communication, Mailbox & Vendor Management System dashboard management.
