Associate - Project Management

WSP is seeking to appoint an Associate - Project Management to support and strengthen our UK-based Project Management teams with UK Local Government team. You will contribute to the successful delivery of complex and high-profile projects and will be given the platform to demonstrate and further develop your capabilities as a world-class Project Manager. Essential • A minimum 4-year degree from an from a recognised university in a relevant Property, Engineering, Construction, or Project Management discipline. • Over 15 years of relevant experience in Project Management within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. • Possession of industry-recognised project management certification(s) (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, APM or equivalent). • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English. • Proven people leadership, mentoring, and team management experience. • Clear understanding of the importance of supporting overseas clients and UK-based project teams in delivering defined contractual obligations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Sound knowledge of industry standards, best practices, tools, and emerging trends in Project and/or Design Management. • Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines across UK and international projects. • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently. • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across time zones. Preferred • Experience working with international teams (outside India) while based in an Indian delivery location. • ChPP or similar professional qualifications are preferred.
