Associate -OHL

As a Overhead Line Associate, you will design of a range of Overhead Line Circuits at voltages ranging from 11kV to 400kV. Proven experience in the design of UK Overhead Line Circuits (Towers and/or Poles) at any voltage up to 400kV. Bachelor’s in civil/Structural or Electrical Engineering with 15+ years’ Experience (UK Project and UK standards experience is added advantage). Having UK Projects and Standards experience is added advantage. Leading and mentoring teams, independently managing projects, delivering complex design solutions, reviewing and approving designs, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule with high quality and within budget. Achieving business KPI, strengthening team capability, and ensuring efficient workload management. Developing team competency, leading the team effectively, fostering strong internal communication, and resolving people-related issues. Knowledge of all applicable engineering standards. The ability to design with PLS- CADD, PLS Tower, PLS POLE or similar.
