S trategic Leadership: Define and implement technical strategies for building services aligned with organizational goals. Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end technical delivery of building services projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. Innovation & Sustainability: Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.). Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs and installations meet regulatory codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Team Development: Mentor and lead technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated solutions. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project lifecycles. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical engineering or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in building services, with at least 5 years in a leading major project delivery. Chartered Engineering Status with the UK Engineering Council. BGV: Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
