Assistant Resident Engineer - Civil_OHL

As a Resident Engineer - Civil, you will lead and manage all aspects of overhead transmission line projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to project objectives, schedules, and budgets. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.+ Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in Civil engineering, with a focus on overhead transmission line projects. Extensive knowledge of transmission line design, construction, and maintenance practices, including tower configurations. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools, such as PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and AutoCAD. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed and work flexible hours to accommodate project requirements. Expertise in reinforced concrete foundations, geotechnical investigation, tower spotting, and stringing logistics. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and mitigate project risks. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders and build strong client relationships. Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate project teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
