WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate you are: Enthusiastic and curious about shaping better systems, services and outcomes, including (but not limited to) mobility Analytically minded, with experience using quantitative or structured problem solving approaches to understand complex, real world problems Comfortable applying critical thinking to unfamiliar subject areas and developing evidence based insights Interested in how technology, policy, economics, geography and human behaviour interact to shape outcomes Comfortable developing bespoke approaches to support individual projects or solve specific challenges Able to work across a range of subject areas concurrently and quickly context switch Strong in report writing and communication, able to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling outputs Responsive and agile — asking the right questions, adapting to changing priorities and raising risks early Depending on your experience, confident in supporting or managing projects directly, including client facing work Willing to work towards professional accreditation, where relevant.
