The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RPGLE, CLLE, DB2/400, SQL , and should be capable of working independently in a banking or financial services environment. Strong experience in RPGLE, ILE RPG, CLLE, and CL Programming . Hands-on experience with DB2/400 and SQL . Experience with Query/400, SDA, RLU, DFU . Good understanding of AS400 architecture, job scheduling, and system utilities . Experience in debugging and performance tuning. Knowledge of Change Management/Version Control tools . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
