The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing AS400‑based applications, ensuring high availability and performance of critical logistics processes, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve incidents promptly. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 6+ years of production support experience with AS400 (IBM i) platforms. Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Proficiency in RPG, CL, or COBOL programming on AS400. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with SQL/DB2 on IBM i. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA targets. Knowledge of logistics or supply‑chain processes is a plus.
