This role combines user experience design, user research, and AI interaction strategy. You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Design to shape the end-to-end experience for AI-powered Database capabilities. You will define user personas, validate concepts through customer research, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve product usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction. As the voice of the customer, you will influence product strategy from concept through delivery, ensuring our AI experiences help users accomplish their goals efficiently while maintaining transparency, trust, and confidence.
