Opportunities are available in: Birmingham or London A little bit more about your role and the team … As a Graduate in our Business Rates and Valuation team, you’ll support work across a wide range of property types, including retail, industrial, office, healthcare, residential and mixed-use developments. Our clients include major national occupiers, public sector organisations, developers, investors and housing providers. You will work closely with experienced Chartered Surveyors who will support your learning and professional development. Through client projects, you will build knowledge across Business Rates and Valuation, develop your understanding of the property market and gain practical skills to support your progress towards professional qualification through the APC pathway.
