Virtual Account Executive -Berlin Area

Virtual Account Executive is sales professional focused on acquiring and developing business within assigned territories and verticals, while looking for new logo prospects and developing existing accounts. Candidates will effectively be spending 70% of the time on active selling and 30% on supporting tasks such as network quotes, agreeing conditions with partners and other tasks related to sales. Virtual Sales Tasks: Acquire new logo business, build strong pipeline. Actively seeks out and develops new customers, new opportunities. Proactively contacting the existing clients to maximize business potential – active upsell/cross sell . Engaging with new leads provided by Operations Team, maximize MQL conversion into real opportunity Generate new sales leads and opportunities Acquisition and developing own customer portfolio – direct touch with end users is requirement Provide consistent interaction with existing customers – upsell/cross sell initiatives Ensures that information about new products, services, and operational changes are communicated to customers on a timely basis Maintain and builds account relationships. Represents the Company at industry trade shows and conferences – travel requirements is a must Other tasks: Manage the day to day client meetings. Maintains all information about customers, including all contact information and call reports, accurately and timely in CRM (Salesforce). Managing the jobs from quotation stage to booking in line with the client expectations and communicating effectively any service issues. Manage and follow-up on quotes. Internal liaison with the operations team assisting with quotations and service information. Reporting activities to the country manager Strong German Language skills OTE is on a 55/45 split and is based on qualifications and experience between 80-90K OTE. Extreme Networks Benefits #LI-Remote
