Technical Lead (DeFi)

Accountabilities: Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers and a Technical Product Manager. Guide the design, implementation, and optimization of MEV services and Ethereum mempool transaction workflows. Define and deliver product offerings designed to maximize validator gains and profitability. Collaborate with DeFi searchers to develop tools and services that improve trading execution. Contribute hands-on code to the Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) and related services. Ensure backend systems deliver high performance, scalability, and reliability. Promote strong engineering practices, including code quality, automated testing, and continuous improvement. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience managing an engineering team, including mentoring developers and building high-performing teams. 5+ years of experience designing, building, testing, and deploying scalable distributed backend systems. 3+ years of professional experience in blockchain engineering. Deep proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to break down complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
