Talent Sourcer

Accountabilities: Proactively identify and source qualified candidates for technical positions across software engineering, data science, product management, and hardware. Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, professional communities, and other online sourcing channels. Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach messages that generate interest in relevant opportunities. Conduct initial candidate screening to assess professional experience, availability, and interest in potential roles. Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand position requirements and continuously improve sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and activity records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Research technology talent markets and map relevant candidate pools to identify new sourcing opportunities. Requirements: Genuine interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or the technology industry. Strong research skills and the ability to identify suitable candidates across multiple online platforms. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, particularly when creating engaging and personalized candidate outreach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Preferred: Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or research, including internships or informal experience. Preferred: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, or applicant tracking systems. Preferred: Understanding of technical job functions and the ability to interpret requirements for engineering and product roles.
