Senior Project Manager(Financial Services)

Accountabilities: Manage banking projects focused on the implementation and delivery of online banking solutions. Lead multiple project teams and oversee large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and delivery expectations. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define long-term program strategies and translate priorities into actionable plans. Plan, organize, and facilitate client workshops, project discussions, and stakeholder meetings. Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate project and program risks. Manage project changes, adapt delivery plans, and minimize disruption to ongoing activities. Resolve project issues and remove delivery obstacles to support successful outcomes. Train, mentor, and coach team members in Scrum and Agile methodologies. Analyze project data and performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and improve delivery. Drive process improvements and support organizational change initiatives. Requirements: 5–8 years of relevant project management experience. Proven experience working in the financial services or banking sector. Previous experience in startup or scaleup environments. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and their practical application in project delivery. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams, concurrent projects, or large-scale programs. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and clients. Experience designing, planning, and facilitating client workshops. Strong capabilities in risk management, issue resolution, and change management. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools. Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and continuously changing environments. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Nice to have: Experience coaching teams in Agile practices and methodologies. Benefits: Remote work arrangement.
