Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer | Node.js, AI-Native (Boosters R&D)

Accountabilities: Lead the development of product features throughout the entire lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, release, and performance analysis. Research market trends, analyze competitors, identify opportunities, and propose innovative features that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Build and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, contributing to frontend development with React or Next.js when needed. Collaborate with the Tech Lead on software architecture, system design, and technical decisions that support product scalability and long-term growth. Design, implement, and evolve cloud infrastructure and engineering solutions, ensuring reliability, performance, security, and maintainability. Help develop an AI-native engineering environment that enables the team to use AI agents and agentic coding tools to build, test, and deploy solutions efficiently and securely. Establish and improve engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows. Take ownership of technical initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously raise the quality and efficiency of product development. Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in backend engineering or full-stack development with a strong backend focus, ideally within a product-led company. Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade applications. Practical frontend development experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript. Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST API design, and database performance optimization. Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and the principles behind building scalable, maintainable systems. Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience writing and maintaining automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Active use of AI-powered development tools and agentic coding workflows, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar solutions. Strong ownership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to make independent technical decisions and take responsibility for outcomes. Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to exchange feedback, share technical knowledge, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience designing technical architecture, establishing engineering processes, or building infrastructure at an early-stage product company is a strong advantage.
