Responsibilities: Design, prototype, and deliver AI and agentic solutions for internal and client-facing use cases. Apply data science, machine learning, and generative AI techniques to solve complex business problems. Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solution designs. Evaluate model performance, solution quality, and business impact using data-driven methods. Support experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready implementations. Communicate insights, recommendations, and technical approaches clearly to stakeholders. Stay current with emerging trends in AI agents, LLMs, automation, and applied data science. Requirements: Strong experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or applied AI. Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, data analysis, and model development workflows. Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or agentic AI frameworks. Experience working on client-facing, delivery-focused, or product-oriented technical initiatives. Ability to move from ambiguous problem statements to practical, implemented solutions. Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
