Salesforce Administrator

Accountabilities:: Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, security, and alignment with business requirements. Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, licenses, and access controls to maintain appropriate permissions and protect sensitive information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable, data-driven insights for management and business stakeholders. Coordinate internal projects involving Salesforce improvements, system enhancements, and the implementation of new features. Configure and maintain integrations between Salesforce and ETL platforms, supporting reliable data transfers and consistent information across systems. Manage sandbox environments, conduct testing, and deploy configuration changes using change sets while minimizing disruption to business operations. Perform data imports and exports, validating data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity throughout the process. Conduct routine platform maintenance, including license management, storage monitoring, system health checks, and backup-related activities. Identify, investigate, and resolve Salesforce configuration issues, performance bottlenecks, and operational problems. Monitor Salesforce platform updates, new features, and evolving best practices, recommending improvements that enhance functionality and efficiency. Document configurations, implementation processes, and system changes to support maintainability, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Requirements: At least 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce administration, including platform configuration, maintenance, and optimization. Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM administration, including user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, licenses, and security settings. Practical experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and its associated features and technologies. Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and performance monitoring. Knowledge of data management practices, including imports, exports, validation, and maintaining data integrity. Experience working with sandbox environments, testing configurations, and deploying changes through change sets. Familiarity with ETL platforms and Salesforce integrations, including the configuration and monitoring of data exchange processes. Understanding of Salesforce system maintenance, storage management, platform performance, and operational best practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other departments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing system changes, data quality, and access permissions. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently when needed, and contribute effectively to cross-functional projects.
