About the Role: We are seeking a high-energy, disciplined Sales Executive to drive lead conversion and trader activation. In this role, you will execute daily outbound calling workflows, assist clients in resolving account drop-off friction, and reactivate trading activity. You will work within established operational guidelines to ensure smooth onboarding, high daily productivity, and accurate performance reporting. Responsibilities : Lead Conversion & Issue Resolution: ● Reach out to leads encountering F&O segment activation issues and assist them in completing the setup. ● Guide clients through bank proof verification procedures to resolve document rejections. ● Help clients troubleshoot payment gateway and fund transfer failures to successfully capitalize their accounts. ● Assist users in understanding order placement errors, margin requirements, and execution rejections. Trader Activation & Re-Engagement: ● Connect with accounts that have active F&O access but zero trades to encourage initial order execution. ● Reach out to previously active F&O traders who have dropped off, record their feedback, and re-engage them on the platform. Operations & Daily Reporting: ● Maintain strict daily calling discipline and manage assigned lead queues efficiently. ● Record accurate client responses, drop-off reasons, and feedback in MS Excel / Google Sheets. ● Submit daily call reports, conversion counts, and pipeline status updates to leadership at the end of each shift. Expectations / Requirements ● Experience: Minimum 6 Months of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or customer conversion within Stockbroking, WealthTech, or BFSI. ● Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of F&O (Futures & Options) trading, margin concepts, order execution mechanics, and basic KYC/bank documentation requirements. ● Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, target-oriented, and capable of maintaining consistent outbound activity levels daily. ● Communication: Clear, professional verbal communication and telephone etiquette. ● Reporting Skills: Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets for daily data entry, logging call outcomes, and activity tracking.
