Sales, advertising partners (sponsorship)

Accountabilities: You will be responsible for developing and managing sponsorship partnerships, identifying relevant businesses and turning commercial opportunities into long-term collaborations. Identify and approach potential advertising and sponsorship partners, including brokers, banks, fintech companies, trading tools, and financial publishers. Present the podcast, its audience, content, and promotional channels to prospective partners. Develop, negotiate, and close sponsorship packages that meet partner objectives and generate revenue. Manage partner relationships after signing, ensuring a positive collaboration experience and encouraging contract renewals. Gather feedback from partners about their expectations and needs to help improve sponsorship offerings. Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation, closing, and ongoing account management. Requirements The ideal candidate has a proven background in advertising, sponsorship, or partnership sales, along with the communication and negotiation skills needed to build lasting commercial relationships. Previous experience selling advertising, sponsorships, or commercial partnerships, preferably to media companies, podcasts, or content creators. Established contacts within the financial services industry or the ability to identify and reach relevant decision-makers. Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust, maintain professional relationships, and follow up consistently without being overly persistent. Fluent German, with excellent written and spoken communication skills. An interest in financial markets, investing, or trading is an advantage. Ability to work independently and manage the complete partnership sales process. Willingness to work on a commission-only basis and propose a clear compensation model.
