Profile: Program Manager + Lender Manager Vertical: Lending EMI | Role: Program Management | About the role: Run Lending EMI programs end-to-end and own lender management — onboarding, performance, SLAs, and relationship health. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery and ensure programs and lender partnerships deliver volume, quality, and compliance outcomes. Key Responsibilities: -Manage current and new lending partners for the product. -Work with lenders on target setting, foll-ups, reconcilations and business growth. -Own program lifecycle for assigned Lending EMI programs (planning, launch, run, optimise, wind-down). -Manage lender relationships: onboarding, commercials (as guided), SLAs, issue resolution, and performance reviews. -Track lender-wise volume, approval rates, TAT, reject reasons, and portfolio quality; drive corrective actions. -Coordinate with Credit, Ops, Tech, Legal/Compliance, and Sales for program readiness and smooth operations. -Maintain program documentation, SOPs, RACI, and change logs. -Run governance forums (program reviews, lender reviews, escalation calls) and close action items. -Support new lender / program launches: UAT coordination, checklist ownership, go-live readiness. -Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement across program and lender workflows. -Prepare leadership MIS on program and lender health Why join us: We support our people by providing a range of flexible working options so they can work in the way that best suits them.
