Product Management - AI Payments

That means finding the problem, shaping the solution, launching it, and then improving and scaling it. The main thing that sets the role apart is the expectation of an AI-first mindset. They won't build models themselves, but they should keep spotting places where AI/ML, automation, predictive insights or smarter workflows can improve the user experience, make operations more efficient, or help the team make better decisions. Key Responsibilities: -Own products for the UAE market end to end, from identifying user and business problems through discovery, launch, iteration and scale. -Define the product vision, roadmap and priorities in line with business goals for the UAE payments business. -Look for places where AI/ML, intelligent automation, predictive insights or workflow optimisation can improve user experience, operational efficiency or decision-making. Building models isn't part of the role. -Turn those opportunities into clear PRDs, user stories and success metrics, then work with engineering and data teams to deliver them. -Work closely with engineering, design, business, operations, compliance and leadership, keeping everyone aligned on priorities and timelines. -Use data and analytics to track product performance, run experiments, and back decisions with metrics. -Influence stakeholders and drive decisions so launches happen on time and outcomes improve. -Build a solid understanding of the UAE payments ecosystem, including users, merchants, regulations and competitors, and use it to shape the product strategy. -Keep improving products after launch based on user feedback, data and market changes. What We’re Looking For: 3 to 6 years of hands-on product management experience A background in engineering (B.Tech) or management (MBA), with a solid technical understanding Proven ownership of the full product lifecycle, from discovery through launch, iteration and scale Comfortable with data and analytics, using metrics to drive decisions Strong communicator who can influence and align engineering, design, business and leadership Payments or fintech experience is a big plus Why join us : We aim at bringing half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy, and everyone working here is striving to achieve that goal.
