Intern - Talent Acquisition (Tech Hiring)

About the role: A Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern – Tech Hiring will support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for technology roles. The role will involve working on real-time tech hiring requirements, coordinating interviews, candidate communication, maintaining recruitment trackers, and supporting hiring drives. Key Responsibilities: * Source and screen candidates for Tech roles through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms. * Identify relevant profiles based on technical requirements and job descriptions. * Conduct initial candidate communication and HR screening calls. * Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers. * Support tech hiring drives, including weekend drives, as required. * Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports. * Support job postings, offer documentation and candidate follow-ups. * Work closely with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring. * Assist with employer branding and other TA initiatives. Skills & Qualifications: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes. * Interest in Tech Recruitment / IT Hiring. * Good sourcing and candidate screening skills. * Ability to understand basic technical job requirements. * Good coordination and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing platforms will be an advantage. * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
