Implementation Consultant

Accountabilities: Provide assistance and technical support to client healthcare teams, addressing application-related questions and issues. Collaborate with project managers, product managers, and development teams throughout implementation activities. Deliver on-site and remote customer support, troubleshooting software issues and helping maintain application performance. Monitor system procedures and ensure that implemented solutions operate according to production requirements. Travel to client locations when necessary to install and deploy software tools. Configure applications and tools based on client needs and technical specifications. Train clinical and administrative personnel to use the implemented solutions effectively. Coordinate the integration of applications with existing client systems and environments. Conduct functional testing to verify system performance and implementation quality. Participate in Level I and Level II help desk activities, including on-call support when required. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of implementation, support, and troubleshooting activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Radiology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least three years of proven experience working with clients in complex healthcare software environments. Understanding of clinical and hospital workflows and the operational needs of healthcare professionals. Experience working in a structured ITIL environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Knowledge of Oracle databases is an advantage. Familiarity with SQL is considered a plus. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an advantage. Experience with healthcare information systems projects is desirable. Intermediate English proficiency is required; advanced or fluent English is a plus.
