Head of Lead Generation

Accountabilities: As Head of Lead Generation, you will oversee both the day-to-day execution and the strategic development of outbound activities, ensuring consistent performance and continuous improvement. Conduct B2B cold calls to identify and qualify potential customers and schedule meetings for the sales team. Lead, train, and coach the cold-calling team, supporting new team members and improving overall call quality and performance. Develop and refine the lead generation strategy, establish clear objectives, and optimize existing workflows. Manage and expand additional outbound channels, including LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and paid advertising. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, and drive individual and team target achievement. Create and maintain call scripts, operating standards, and best practices to support efficient and scalable lead generation. Leverage technology, AI tools, and automation to streamline workflows and continuously improve sales processes. Requirements The ideal candidate combines hands-on B2B cold-calling experience with team leadership capabilities, strong organizational skills, and an interest in using technology to improve sales performance. At least 1 year of practical experience in cold calling. Previous experience in B2B customer acquisition and outbound sales. Experience leading, training, and coaching sales or cold-calling teams. Strong technical aptitude, a process-oriented mindset, and practical experience with AI tools, particularly in sales-related applications. Ideally, experience with additional outbound channels such as LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and paid advertising. Strong strategic thinking combined with a proactive, hands-on approach. Excellent communication, coaching, and performance management skills. Benefits Monthly compensation ranging from €4,000 to €10,000.
