Take ownership of assigned tasks throughout the development lifecycle, from understanding requirements to implementation and delivery. Use AI-powered programming tools to support coding, problem-solving, and development productivity. Collaborate with AI-augmented engineers to integrate AI-assisted practices into daily development workflows. Communicate technical ideas, progress, challenges, and proposed solutions clearly in English. Adapt to changing project priorities, development practices, and emerging technologies while maintaining a focus on quality. Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot issues, improve existing code, and deliver solutions aligned with project objectives. Requirements Professional experience developing software with Java. Experience working in agile teams and participating in collaborative software development processes. Familiarity with preparing technical specifications and translating requirements into practical development solutions. Experience using artificial intelligence tools to support programming and software development. Advanced to fluent spoken English, with the ability to participate confidently in technical discussions and team collaboration. Ability to work effectively alongside other engineers, including professionals who use AI to augment their development workflows. Proactive mindset, adaptability, and willingness to take end-to-end responsibility for assigned development activities. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
