The Impact of a Coupa Pay Success Manager at Coupa: Coupa Pay is the leading global payments platform that offers a one-stop-shop for all B2B payments and financing needs for Coupa customers. Coupa has partnered with leading global financial institutions in order to deliver customer value and success while meeting the changing needs of our customers. The Coupa Pay Success Manager will be part of a team responsible for helping customers drive ongoing adoption and innovation to achieve the greatest value from their use of Coupa Pay through value optimization, adoption program planning and solution expertise. What You'll Do: : Serve as a strategic advisor to customers by driving adoption, optimizing configuration, and aligning Coupa Pay usage with business goals. Manage multiple customer engagements using strong project management practices, including regular status updates, adoption plans, and action tracking. Provide functional and technical expertise across all Coupa Pay capabilities, including support for major releases and supplier enablement. Deliver compelling, data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance customer value realization. Collaborate with internal teams and forge strong customer relationships to support growth, self-sufficiency, and long-term success . What You Will Bring to Coupa: : 5+ years of experience in finance, procurement, accounts payable, sourcing, or IT, with a strong preference for a background in both procurement and AP. Proven client management skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for problem-solving and understanding core processes. Experience with SaaS solutions, software configuration, and delivering product demonstrations; familiarity with financial/accounting and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Proficiency in Excel and a goal-oriented mindset with a collaborative, curious, and adaptable approach. Knowledge of SQL, PHP or other programming languages is a plus.
