Accountabilities:: Construction Project Planning and Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects. Construction Management Expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, project controls, contractor coordination, and progress monitoring. U.S. Residential Construction Experience: Previous experience working on residential construction projects in the United States is essential. AI and Automation Skills: Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or Replit to develop prototypes, automate tasks, or build practical internal solutions. No-Code Development: Familiarity with automation and no-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, and Airtable, with the ability to create workflows that improve project management and reporting efficiency. Demonstrable Projects: Ability to share examples of tools, dashboards, automations, or workflows you have built.
