Requirements The ideal candidate combines a relevant scientific background with practical knowledge of clinical research, strong analytical capabilities, and effective communication skills. Key qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field. Experience in clinical research or a related scientific position, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and statistical analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and quality standards. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% as required.
