Role Overview Weekday AI is hiring a remote Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to speak with companies that are hiring engineering talent. You will contact prospective clients, understand their recruitment needs, explain Weekday AI’s services, qualify opportunities, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate activity records. Key Responsibilities Contact prospective business clients through calls, email, and online channels. Understand client hiring requirements and explain Weekday AI’s recruitment solution. Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads. Schedule meetings or product discussions with interested prospects. Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM or tracking sheet. Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding. Meet agreed daily and monthly activity targets. Share regular updates on calls, conversations, meetings, and conversions. Who can apply Graduates, final-year students, freshers, and candidates with up to 2 years of experience. Candidates from sales, business development, recruitment, telecalling, customer support, or client servicing backgrounds. Strong spoken and written English. Comfortable speaking with business clients over phone and video calls. Able to work independently from home. Comfortable working six days per week. Must have a laptop, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
