Associate Project Manager, Device Logistics

Accountabilities: Manage the implementation, delivery, and closeout of device logistics projects supporting electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA) studies. Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure inventory management, mobile device management, and global shipping activities are completed on schedule. Oversee project budgets, track allocated hours, and support the change order process when project requirements evolve. Collaborate with cross-functional clinical teams to define project scope, clarify responsibilities, and establish delivery expectations with key stakeholders. Develop and maintain project-specific deployment plans, monitoring service delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams, sponsors, and other project stakeholders. Identify project risks, establish appropriate contingency plans, and ensure compliance with applicable quality processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally involving clinical project delivery. Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and monitor multiple project activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work remotely while coordinating effectively with teams operating in the US East Coast time zone.
