Application Support & Testing Specialist (Radio Systems)

Accountabilities:: Application Support: Provide timely technical assistance to users, investigate application issues, guide users through troubleshooting steps, and deliver application training when needed. Integration and System Testing: Plan and execute comprehensive integration and system tests in cloud environments to validate application functionality, reliability, and performance. Defect Tracking and Resolution: Identify, document, track, and manage software defects using Jira, collaborating with the team to investigate issues and verify fixes. JavaScript Scripting and System Configuration: Develop and maintain Radio Online (ROL) system rules and models using JavaScript, including variables, loops, functions, and related scripting techniques. Application Quality and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to testing practices, troubleshoot recurring issues, and recommend improvements to application stability, usability, and support processes.
