The Role  

As an Xstore L2 Analyst, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 3+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Technical Skills

• Oracle Retail Xstore POS ==> Strong hands-on support experience on Xstore v23+ (Java-based framework)
• Xcenter / Xstore Office==> Understanding of back-office integration and store configuration
• Troubleshooting ==> Log analysis, debugging, performance tuning
• Deployment Tools ==> Jenkins, Git
• Database ==> Oracle / SQL Server proficiency
• OS & Environments ==> Windows, Xstore, Xenvironment, Xservices
• Retail Domain ==> Store operations, POS transactions lifecycle

Scope of Work

1) Provide technical support for Xstore POS systems, handling escalated technical incidents and ensuring timely resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2) Handle incident tickets requiring functional & basic technical investigation while adhering to ITIL standards and workflows.
3) Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Xstore systems, including new store setup, performing version upgrades and patches.
4) Monitor system performance and proactively address any degradation or technical issues.
5) Coordinate with different stakeholders and internal teams, providing periodic communication
6) Work closely with L3 support, DevOps & Development teams to resolve production issues and support new store deployment activities.
7) Develop and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for support teams

Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with ORPOS/Xstore Office Cloud or SaaS deployments
Knowledge of Oracle Retail Merchandising Suite (RMS/RPM/RIB)

Certifications (Preferred)
Oracle Retail POS Certifications (if available)
ITIL Foundation (for support environments)

Soft Skills
Strong communication with cross-functional teams
Customer-focused and efficient in high-pressure operational environments
Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving
