THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Wellbeing Engagement Manager to join our Revenue team in Paris! This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office.

As a Wellbeing Engagement Manager, you will serve as a crucial culture transformation agent within our commercial organization. Working hand-in-hand with our Client Success team, you will bridge the B2B2C gap by driving employee activation and platform adoption across our corporate clients in France. You will design, execute, and scale localized engagement strategies, internal communication campaigns, and wellbeing events that inspire HR leaders and empower employees to embark on their wellness journeys.

YOUR IMPACT: Drive Adoption & Culture Transformation

Strategic Engagement & Client Support 

• Culture Transformation Agent: Partner closely with internal Client Success Managers and French HR clients to design, implement, and optimize custom employee communication strategies that accelerate platform adoption and user activation.
• Scalable Wellbeing Programs: Analyze HR wellness priorities across diverse client segments (from high-growth startups to large French enterprises) to build scalable, high-impact engagement toolkits tailored to different workplace realities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global and regional marketing, product, and design teams to translate corporate needs into actionable, country-specific engagement opportunities.

Campaign & Content Execution 

• Campaign Lifecycle Management: Plan, write, and execute localized B2B2C wellbeing campaigns tailored specifically to the French market.
• Copywriting & Localized Assets: Write, review, and adapt high-converting French supporting copy, campaign materials, and digital communication toolkits for corporate intranet and email channels.
• Agency & Asset Management: Brief and manage external design agencies and creative vendors to produce high-quality campaign assets, ensuring strict brand alignment and timely delivery.

Event Hosting & Virtual Activation 

• Webinar Hosting: Prepare and host engaging online information sessions, launch webinars, and interactive wellbeing workshops for our French corporate clients and their employees.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track attendance, registration metrics, and employee activation rates to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize future initiatives.
• Speaker & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with external wellness partners, industry experts, and guest speakers to elevate the quality of client wellness events.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven Experience: You have 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Engagement, B2B2C Marketing, Event Management, Copywriting, or Client Success enablement (experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or corporate wellness is a strong plus).
• Linguistic Fluency: You have native-level fluency in French (with exceptional copywriting skills for the French corporate market) and full professional proficiency in English.
• Engaging Communicator & Presenter: You are a confident public speaker with natural charisma, comfortable hosting webinars, leading workshops, and presenting to both HR stakeholders and large employee audiences.
• Strategic Yet Hands-On: You possess strong project management skills—capable of shaping high-level engagement strategies while remaining eager to write copy, brief agencies, and manage event logistics.
• Data & Results Mindset: You bring an innovative, scalable mindset focused on measurable outcomes, using participation data and activation metrics to refine campaign playbooks.
• Tech Proficient: Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Asana, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Adobe suite (experience across all tools is not required as training will be provided).
• Mission-Driven: You genuinely care about personal and collective wellbeing, living our mission by fostering a supportive, balanced environment for yourself and others.
