You are a seasoned technology executive with 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, systems integration, VAR, MSP, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or related environments, including significant leadership experience overseeing geographically distributed pre-sales or technical organizations. This leader combines broad technical fluency across enterprise infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, data center, professional services, managed services, and emerging technologies with the strategic judgment needed to translate complex capabilities into compelling business outcomes. 

About The Role

The Vice President of Client Solution Architects (CSA) is responsible for the strategy, leadership, and national execution of Myriad360's Client Solution Architect organization. 

This role leads the CSA Directors and the broader team of Client Solution Architects and Security Client Solution Architects across the country, ensuring the organization operates as a consistent, scalable technical pursuit function aligned with Myriad360's growth strategy. 

The VP of CSAs is accountable for ensuring CSAs serve as strategic technical counterparts to the Sales organization—engaging early in client opportunities, leading cross-practice discovery, identifying broader business and technology needs, orchestrating the appropriate specialists and practices, and helping shape solutions that deliver meaningful client outcomes. 

This leader will build the systems, standards, talent, enablement, and governance necessary to scale the CSA model nationally while maintaining strong alignment across Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Managed Services, Field Services, Practices, Delivery, and strategic technology partners. 

The VP of Client Solution Architects is ultimately responsible for making Myriad360's breadth of technical and services capability usable in the field—translating that breadth into better client conversations, larger opportunities, stronger solution quality, and improved client outcomes. 

Must be based in the United States.  

Other responsibilities include: 

National CSA Strategy & Leadership 

• Own the vision, strategy, operating model, and execution of the national CSA and Security CSA organization. 
• Lead and develop CSA Directors, establishing clear expectations, accountability, leadership standards, and succession plans. 
• Ensure consistent execution of the CSA model across regions while allowing appropriate flexibility based on client and market needs. 
• Establish organizational structure, coverage models, capacity planning, and hiring strategy as the business scales. 
• Serve as the executive advocate for the CSA organization across Myriad360 leadership. 
• Build a culture centered on curiosity, collaboration, accountability, technical credibility, and client outcomes. 

Sales Partnership & Opportunity Creation 

• Ensure CSAs operate as strategic technical counterparts to Account Executives and become involved early in qualified opportunities. 
• Establish clear engagement models and expectations between Sales and the CSA organization. 
• Develop the CSA organization beyond reactive opportunity support toward proactive opportunity identification and creation. 
• Help CSAs recognize client triggers, technology transitions, operational challenges, and business initiatives that can create new opportunities. 
• Drive stronger technical account planning and strategic conversations within key accounts. 
• Partner with Sales leadership to improve technical coverage, pursuit strategy, and account penetration. 

Cross-Practice Discovery & Solution Orchestration 

• Ensure CSAs lead broad discovery before solutions are narrowed to individual technologies or practices. 
• Drive a consistent methodology for identifying opportunities across Networking, Data Center, Security, Cloud, Platform Solutions, AI, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Field Services. 
• Ensure the appropriate Specialists, Practice resources, Services teams, and strategic partners are engaged at the right point in the opportunity lifecycle. 
• Prevent technical pursuits from becoming isolated within individual practices or technology domains. 
• Reinforce that CSAs do not need to be the deepest expert in every technology—they must know how to identify the need and orchestrate the right expertise. 

Pursuit Quality & Governance 

• Establish standards for CSA engagement in strategic, complex, multi-practice, and high-value opportunities. 
• Partner with Sales, Practice, Professional Services, and Delivery leadership to improve opportunity qualification and solution readiness. 
• Establish appropriate technical design and pursuit-review governance without creating unnecessary friction or bureaucracy. 
• Ensure risks, dependencies, assumptions, services requirements, and cross-practice opportunities are identified early. 
• Improve the quality of opportunity handoffs from Pre-Sales into Professional Services, Managed Services, and Delivery. 

Services & Lifecycle Alignment 

• Ensure CSAs think beyond product architecture and consider the complete client lifecycle:
  • Discover → Advise → Design → Deploy → Adopt → Operate → Optimize 
• Drive earlier identification and attachment of Professional Services, Managed Services, Field Services, advisory, and lifecycle opportunities. 
• Partner with Services leadership to ensure service requirements are identified during discovery rather than added after the technical solution has already been designed. 
• Help position Myriad360 as an accountable technology partner capable of supporting clients across the entire lifecycle. 

Technical Strategy & Emerging Technologies 

• Ensure the CSA organization stays ahead of major technology transitions affecting Myriad360 clients. 
• Partner with Practice and technology leadership to determine which capabilities CSAs need to understand versus where specialist expertise should be engaged. 
• Drive awareness and opportunity creation around emerging areas including AI infrastructure, Enterprise AI, RAG and agentic AI, automation, observability, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, platform engineering, and modern data center architectures. 
• Translate emerging technology trends into practical client conversations and repeatable opportunity plays. 

Enablement & Talent Development 

• Own the national CSA enablement strategy and certification program. 
• Establish clear technical, business, discovery, communication, and leadership expectations for CSA progression. 
• Partner with Practice leaders, OEMs, and internal experts to maintain a structured enablement cadence. 
• Develop CSA Directors into strong people leaders capable of coaching rather than simply managing activity. 
• Build career paths and succession plans across CSA, Security CSA, leadership, specialist, and broader technical roles. 
• Create mechanisms for sharing successful pursuits, architectures, client conversations, and lessons learned across the national organization. 

OEM & Partner Alignment 

• Build strong relationships with strategic technology partners and their engineering leadership. 
• Ensure the CSA organization understands Myriad360's strategic OEM priorities and can appropriately identify opportunities across the partner ecosystem. 
• Partner with Alliances and Practice leadership on enablement, certifications, joint go-to-market initiatives, and strategic pursuits. 
• Help strengthen field-level relationships between Myriad360 CSAs and OEM technical teams. 

One Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment 

• Actively promote a One Team operating model across Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Managed Services, PMO, and Delivery. 
• Reinforce direct communication, shared accountability, empathy, and a client-first mindset rather than functional or organizational boundaries. 
• Build trust across teams and address friction through clear expectations, transparent communication, and shared problem solving. 
• Model the behavior expected of the organization by seeking to understand before assigning blame and by resolving issues directly rather than through side conversations. 
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section. 
• Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts.

Desired skills and experience: 

• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, systems integration, VAR, MSP, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or related technology organizations. 
• 7+ years of leadership experience within Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, technical consulting, or similar functions. 
• Demonstrated experience leading geographically distributed technical organizations, preferably including managers or directors. 
• Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales leadership in complex enterprise technology pursuits. 
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, data center, services, and emerging technology trends. 
• Experience building or scaling technical Pre-Sales organizations, operating models, enablement programs, or governance frameworks. 
• Demonstrated success influencing complex opportunities involving multiple technical disciplines and stakeholders. 
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills. 
• Experience developing leaders and building high-performing technical teams. 
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and strategic client conversations. 
• Experience within a national technology integrator, VAR, systems integrator, consulting organization, or MSP. 
• Experience supporting large enterprise and strategic accounts. 
• Familiarity with Professional Services and Managed Services business models. 
• Experience working across multiple strategic OEM ecosystems. 
• Experience with technical account planning and proactive opportunity development. 
• Understanding of AI infrastructure and Enterprise AI, automation, observability, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, and modern platform architectures. 
• Experience building technical career paths, certification programs, and scalable enablement models.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $350,000-450,000, plus opportunities for profit-sharing bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
