Perfil del Puesto: UX Writer & Corporate Content Designer

Modalidad: Híbrida (3 días en oficina ubicada en Torre MAPFRE, Reforma)

Objetivo del Rol:

Diseñar, unificar y mantener la voz y el tono de la empresa a lo largo de todos sus puntos de contacto para las inicativas deTransformación Digital. Este perfil será responsable de traducir conceptos complejos en mensajes claros, concisos y humanos, tanto en la comunicación corporativa e institucional como dentro de la experiencia digital de las plataformas (UX Writing), asegurando una narrativa coherente y alineada a los objetivos del negocio.

Responsabilidades Principales:

1. Comunicación de Plataforma (UX Writing & Product Copy)

·        Diseño de Conversación: Escribir el microcopy de las plataformas (botones/CTAs, flujos de onboarding, mensajes de éxito o error, tooltips, formularios y notificaciones).

·        Arquitectura de Información: Colaborar con los diseñadores de UX/UI para estructurar el contenido de las pantallas, asegurando que la navegación sea intuitiva y reduzca la carga cognitiva del usuario.

·        Validación de Usabilidad: Participar en pruebas de usabilidad para iterar el contenido basándose en el comportamiento real del usuario y en las métricas de retención o conversión.

2. Comunicación Corporativa (Brand & Internal Comms)

·        Manual de Voz y Tono: Crear, documentar y evangelizar las guías de estilo, voz y tono de la marca para que todo el equipo (en distintas áreas de negocio) hable entienda los cambios de procesos internos.

·        Estrategia de Contenido Institucional: Redactar comunicados clave, Correos, entrenamientos, guías de usuario.

·        Alineación Interdepartamental: Trabajar en conjunto con áreas como Recursos Humanos, TI y Finanzas para asegurar que los mensajes clave del negocio se transmitan con absoluta claridad y profesionalismo.

 

Habilidades y Requisitos (Hard & Soft Skills)

Requisitos Técnicos (Hard Skills):

·        Experiencia: Mínimo 3 a 5 años en roles de UX Writing, Content Design o Copywriting, con un portafolio sólido que demuestre la diferencia entre redactar para marketing y diseñar contenido para producto y entrenamientos.

·        Herramientas de Diseño: Familiaridad con programas de diseño para crear sus propios materiales (PPT, Photoshop, Illustrator, plataformas de content generation en IA)

·        Enfoque en Datos: Capacidad para entender KPIs de producto (tasas de conversión, drop-off, adopción de funciones) y usar esos datos para mejorar el copy.

Habilidades Blandas (Soft Skills):

·        Empatía radical: Capacidad para ponerse en el lugar del usuario (tanto interno como externo) y comprender sus frustraciones y necesidades.

·        Síntesis y Concisión: Habilidad para explicar procesos técnicos o lógicas de negocio complejas en enunciados claros y directos.

·        Negociación y Colaboración: Facilidad para argumentar decisiones de copy ante stakeholders, líderes de IT y perfiles de negocio, defendiendo la experiencia del usuario sin perder de vista los objetivos comerciales.
