Tech Lead Java

Buscamos un Tech Lead con expertise en Java que lidere el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas escalables. Este rol combina liderazgo técnico con ejecución hands-on, guiando al equipo de desarrollo, definiendo estándares y asegurando la calidad del software alineado a los objetivos de negocio.

 

Requisitos

Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación o carrera afín.

5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.

+1-2 años en roles de liderazgo técnico.

Experiencia solida en construcción de microservicios / Arquitecturas distribuidas y API´s

Dominio de Java (Java 8+) y ecosistema Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).

Experiencia en desarrollo de APIs RESTful y microservicios.

Conocimiento en bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Experiencia con herramientas de control de versiones (Git).

Experiencia en CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Conocimiento en contenedores (Docker) y orquestadores (Kubernetes).

Experiencia en entornos cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP).

Ingles Intermedio (conversacional)

 

 

Deseable:

Experiencia en arquitecturas basadas en eventos (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).

Quarkus / Camel

 

 

Responsabilidades principales:

Liderar técnicamente al equipo de desarrollo.

Diseñar arquitecturas escalables, seguras y de alto rendimiento.

Definir estándares de desarrollo, buenas prácticas y lineamientos técnicos.

Revisar código (code reviews) y asegurar calidad (clean code, testing).

Colaborar con Product Owners, QA, DevOps y stakeholders.

Estimar esfuerzos y planificar entregas técnicas.

Identificar y mitigar riesgos técnicos.

Promover mejoras continuas en procesos y tecnología.

Mentorear y desarrollar talento dentro del equipo.

 

Zona de trabajo: Ciudad de México presencial en Legaria con opción a HO o Híbrido en base a resultados en el primer mes.

Horario de la vacante: lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm
