About the Role

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for a strategic Staff Web Growth Marketing Manager who combines deep expertise in web growth marketing with a hands-on execution mindset. This role is responsible for defining and driving the strategy for our highest-impact web experiences while independently leading complex initiatives from concept through launch, experimentation, optimization, and measurement.

As a senior individual contributor, you'll operate as the company's subject matter expert for web growth, partnering closely with Web Design, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and executive stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, influence priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires balancing long-term strategic thinking with a willingness to dive deep into execution. You'll establish scalable frameworks for experimentation, measurement, and operational excellence while remaining closely connected to the work – writing requirements, analyzing data, launching experiments, and continuously improving customer experiences.

This is a hybrid full-time position based out of our Denver, CO office, with two days per week in the office.

The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role.  Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Denver Pay Range
$148,850.50—$186,063 USD
