What will you do
- Define and own the architecture across Exposure Management, from vision through production.
- Lead high-impact projects across teams hands-on, and act as the technical link that keeps them aligned.
- Drive AI adoption, both in how we build (AI-assisted development) and in what we build (LLM and agent-based features).
- Set engineering standards and make pragmatic trade-offs on technology and tech debt.
- Partner with Product and leadership to turn business goals into technical strategy.
What skills and experience should you bring
- Experience: 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including experience as a tech lead.
- Architecture: Proven experience designing large-scale distributed and event-driven systems (Kafka/SQS), high-scale APIs and data models.
- Engineering: Strong hands-on coding skills and a solid foundation in system design, algorithms and testing.
- Leadership: Strong ownership, cross-team influence without formal authority, clear communication, and comfort with ambiguity.
Big advantage:
- Practical experience building with LLMs (RAG, agents, evaluation) and driving AI adoption within engineering teams.
- Background in cybersecurity, especially vulnerability management, attack surface management or CNAPP.
