Staff Product Manager - Prompt Security

As a Staff Product Manager, ou will be tasked with joining our AI Security business unit built from SentinelOne's acquisition of Prompt Security, and one of the company's rocketship bets, growing at a phenomenal rate. You will own — end to end, with high autonomy — the AI security products that some of the world's largest enterprises rely on to adopt AI safely, with a sharp focus on where the industry is already heading: securing agentic AI. You'll set direction and drive daily execution alongside R&D, design, GTM, and customers, turning an urgent market need into best-in-class products that are flying off the shelves. This is a builder's seat on a winning team that ships at high velocity, treats the prototype as the spec, and lives on the AI frontier — where PMs don't just write requirements, they use Claude Code to build and ship features themselves.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

• Own products the way a founder would, with real autonomy — you're the CEO of the outcome, not just the backlog. Frame the problem, build working prototypes (the prototype is the spec, not a 40-page PRD), drive it all the way to shipped, polished product at pace, and help run the roadmap sessions that set direction.
• Build and ship, hands-on — use Claude Code and other AI tools to prototype, spec, and take features end-to-end yourself, moving faster than teams ever thought possible and raising the bar for how the whole org leverages AI.
• Join a high-performing, high-velocity team delivering impactful solutions to some of the world's largest companies — surrounded by excellent people across R&D, design, and GTM who raise the level of everyone around them, with that bar for excellence held across every department.
• Think, don't just take orders — treat every request as a hypothesis, dig past the stated ask to the real problem, and define the outcome (not the output) that proves it worked.
• Stay laser-focused on users, customers, and GTM — run user interviews and usability sessions, and stay close to exactly how the product is used, how it's messaged, and how it's sold.
• Drive commercial success with the field — work directly with sales and marketing to build technical demos, documentation, and enablement that help close deals and make the product sell.
• Become the company's recognized expert on securing AI — stay abreast of market trends, emerging threats, and best practices in the fast-moving field of AI agent security, and be the go-to authority in the domain.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• 4+ years in product management for B2B SaaS security products, with a track record of launching enterprise products that tackle emerging technology risk — and that actually sold.
• A builder's instinct — you'd rather show than tell, you prototype your own ideas, and you already build with AI tools like Claude and Claude Code (or you're hungry to).
• High autonomy paired with sharp judgment — comfortable making fast calls on incomplete information, ruthless about scope, and skeptical by default. Startup experience a strong plus.
• You enjoy both sides of the job — building features, capabilities, and products, and engaging directly with customers and prospects; equally at home working with engineers and with users.
• Strong command of enterprise security, compliance, and security operations, plus real familiarity with generative and agentic AI risk — prompt injection, jailbreaking, toxicity, red-teaming, and agentic/MCP systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills — you can explain a complex concept (or your own recommendation) in one clear sentence, to engineers and executives alike.
• Founder-grade ownership and a commercial edge — you care as much about whether a product sells as whether it ships.
