Solution Marketing Lead — Retail and E-Commerce

The role  

The Solution Marketing Lead, for Retail and E-Commerce, will report to the VP of Marketing. You will lead our go-to-market strategy, messaging, and solution storytelling across the rapidly accelerating world of AI with a strong focus on helping retailers, marketplaces, consumer brands, and digital commerce companies accelerate AI innovation on the Nebius AI Cloud. 

This is a senior individual contributor role critical to shaping how Nebius is positioned at the intersection of AI cloud infrastructure and modern retail AI workloads. You will develop solution narratives across AI-powered shopping assistants, personalization and recommendations, intelligent search and product discovery, catalog enrichment, merchandising, supply chain optimization, computer vision, and agentic commerce. 

You will drive awareness, adoption, and category leadership by translating Nebius' technical capabilities into clear, differentiated solution stories and customer proof points. Working closely with product management, sales, enablement, alliances (including NVIDIA and the broader retail AI ecosystem), and the marketing organization, you will help accelerate pipeline, customer adoption, and revenue growth. 

This role is ideal for someone who can operate strategically, execute quickly, and enjoys building from 0→1. 

You are welcome to work remotely from the United States with preferred locations in East and West Coast of United States, or UK. 

Responsibilities  

• Define solution positioning and value propositions for AI-driven Retail and e-commerce workloads on the Nebius AI Cloud and Inference Platform. Build solution blueprints and use-case narratives across agentic commerce, demand forecasting, personalization, visual product search, etc. 

• Create messaging frameworks, pitch decks, objection-handling guidance, competitive battlecards, and sales tools to accelerate seller velocity. 

• Translate technical outcomes into compelling business value narratives and ROI. 

• Develop high-impact assets, including solution briefs, demo narratives, field playbooks, event presentations, webinars, and executive thought leadership. 

• Enable sales teams and partners to confidently position Nebius across Retail & Commerce AI use cases. 

• Partner with demand generation to drive industry pipeline campaigns and event activations. 

• Lead joint solution marketing initiatives with key ecosystem partners, including NVIDIA, ISVs, data platforms, and Retail and E-Commerce technology partners 

• Support PR, analyst relations, and industry influencer engagements; contribute to category-definition research and thought leadership 

• Partner closely with GTM, product, alliances, customer success, and marketing teams to drive measurable business impact 

Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred. 

• 10+ years of experience in solution marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, or technical GTM roles in Retail and E-commerce, AI/ ML Platforms and Cloud infrastructure or data platform 

• Strong understanding of modern retail and digital commerce, including customer experience, merchandising, product discovery, search, personalization, supply chain, inventory optimization, or AI-driven commerce workflows. 

• Strong storyteller with the ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear, compelling messaging tailored to executive, buyer, and practitioner audiences. 

We offer competitive salaries, base ranging from $15000,000 to $187500 plus bonus and equity based on your experience.  Title and compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
