Senior Tech Recruitment Business Partner
Are you passionate about scaling world-class product and tech teams? We are looking for an experienced Senior Tech Recruitment Business Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will be a strategic talent advisor and growth engine for our EMEA teams and global tech hubs. You will work closely with engineering and product leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent—with a strong, dedicated focus on specialized technology profiles and Product Management

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted Business Partner  to global tech hiring managers, defining headcounts, aligning on candidate profiles, and building tailored talent strategies.
• Specialized End-to-End Recruiting: Lead full-lifecycle recruitment with a primary focus on scaling specialized Tech and Product Management domains (including GPM, SPM, Machine Learning, and Engineering roles).
• Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize creative sourcing techniques to engage top-tier, passive talent, cultivating strong candidate pipelines and delivering an exceptional, high-touch hiring experience.
• Inclusive & Data-Driven Hiring: Leverage market intelligence and recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes while embedding inclusive, fair, and accessible hiring practices across all stages.
• Onboarding & Integration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless candidate transitions and successful new hire onboarding.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine our recruiting practices, share market trends with leadership, and elevate our global employer brand.

Who You Are

• Experienced Recruiter: You bring 7+ years of dedicated Tech and Product recruitment experience, with a proven track record of placing specialized engineering profiles and product leaders (PM, SPM, GPM).
• Tech-Savvy: You have a deep understanding of the tech landscape, stay ahead of industry trends, and speak the language of tech and product teams.
• Data-Minded & Results-Oriented: You leverage metrics and market insights to drive strategic hiring decisions, influence stakeholders, and continuously improve hiring performance.
• Inclusive Communicator: You bring strong interpersonal skills and represent the Adyen Formula, foster inclusive hiring practices, and communicate fluently in English across international and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive & Adaptive: You thrive in an open, fast-moving environment, embodying a growth mindset and a passion for building high-performing, diverse teams.
