We are looking for a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst within our clinical engineering team, to own the mapping and optimization of cross-functional workflows across the ecosystem. This role focuses deeply on the "Why" and the "Business Flow," aligning stakeholders on development of critical operational workflows, implementing change and standardizing procedures prior to technical development. In addition, this is a development role, with the expectation that you will not only create mock-ups and prototypes, but also develop solutions, leveraging the powerful no-code features of Salesforce.

Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technical enablement, you will partner closely with Product, Sales, Operations and other business leaders to evaluate, design, and automate processes that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

What You'll Do

Analysis

• Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization.
• Develop enterprise process maps and work instructions.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Establish process governance and standards.

Development

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, external implementation partners, and the Prenuvo Product & Engineering teams.
• Engineer and deliver Prenuvo functionality across the Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud stacks, managing the complete delivery lifecycle from feature ideation through development to production deployment and adoption.
• Be a subject matter expert on Salesforce Health Cloud, providing guidance and best practices within our engineering teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment

• Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations and other stakeholder groups
• Translate operational needs into scalable business solutions.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Collaborate with other engineering leaders to effect process improvement.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop KPIs and SLAs to measure process performance.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

What You’ll Bring

• 4-5 years of experience in a role providing analysis and process improvement
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and representing the interests of multiple stakeholders
• Experience delivering complex Salesforce software systems and solutions including Flow design, data modeling, security architecture and other no-code platform 
• Strong understanding of healthcare data and API standards including HL7, FHIR and similar standards.
• Understanding of security and access controls, especially as it relates to health data.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems
• Experience migrating existing business processes to Salesforce.
• Ability to prioritize and understand requirements to better address the underlying need and not the immediate request.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Github Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins

• The base salary for this role ranges from $125,000-$140,000 in local currency, depending upon experience and geographic location
