Acerca de la posición
Buscamos un Project Manager Sr. con amplia experiencia liderando proyectos estratégicos y gestionando múltiples iniciativas de manera simultánea. Esta posición será responsable de coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, asegurar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos y mantener una comunicación efectiva con stakeholders de diferentes niveles, garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos, tiempos y prioridades del negocio.
El perfil ideal es una persona con pensamiento estratégico, orientación a resultados y enfoque en la mejora continua, capaz de cuestionar el status quo, identificar oportunidades de optimización y generar valor mediante una gestión eficiente de los proyectos.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar y coordinar múltiples proyectos de forma simultánea, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, tiempo y calidad.
- Gestionar dependencias entre equipos y áreas de negocio para garantizar una ejecución eficiente.
- Dar seguimiento continuo al avance de los proyectos, identificando riesgos, bloqueos y planes de mitigación.
- Elaborar y presentar reportes ejecutivos de estatus para stakeholders y liderazgo.
- Facilitar la comunicación entre áreas de negocio, tecnología y equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Asegurar la alineación de todos los involucrados durante el ciclo de vida completo del proyecto.
- Promover la mejora continua de procesos, metodologías y formas de trabajo.
- Comprender el detalle funcional y técnico de los proyectos para facilitar la toma de decisiones y la resolución de problemas.
- Impulsar la adopción de metodologías ágiles y mejores prácticas de gestión.
Requisitos
Experiencia
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos o de transformación.
- Experiencia administrando múltiples proyectos de manera simultánea.
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders de diferentes niveles organizacionales.
- Experiencia en metodologías ágiles como Scrum y Agile.
Conocimientos técnicos
- Manejo de herramientas de gestión como:
- Jira
- Atlassian Suite
- Planeación, seguimiento y control de proyectos.
- Gestión de riesgos, dependencias y roadmap de proyectos.
- Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos e indicadores de seguimiento.
Idiomas
- Inglés avanzado (conversacional y escrito).
Certificaciones (Deseables)
- Scrum Master.
- PMI (PMP, CAPM o equivalente).
- Certificaciones en metodologías ágiles.
