- Gather input from customers, KOLs, and field teams on workflow pain points and unmet needs to inform product and messaging direction

- Coordinate cross-functionally (Sales, Clinical, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure workflow messaging is consistent across all customer touchpoints
- Monitor market and competitive trends specific to clinical workflow tools and adjacent platform capabilities

- Support field teams on workflow-related questions during active deals as a subject matter resource
- Own workflow-specific content: solution briefs, workflow diagrams/journey maps, web content, webinars, and conference materials
Skills Needed:
- Experience launching products in multi-stakeholder, complex environments, and building sales enablement content with proof it got adopted by a field sales org
- Strong cross-functional collaborator. Will need to build strong rapport with Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Excellent written and verbal communication; can translate technical workflow detail into something a rep can use in a 5-minute conversation
- Preferred industry experience: Healthcare, medical device or diagnostic industry background
