About the Role:

The Content Sharing team builds the product ecosystem to drive discovery and quality time spent through content on and off the platform. 

As Senior Product Manager for Creation Tools, you will tackle ambiguous and high-impact challenges by empowering influencers, everyday players, and game developers to make compelling content for the ecosystem. You will own the product strategy and lead large, cross-team initiatives that span multiple product domains, partnering deeply with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Creator Relations. Beyond building intuitive, expressive creation tools, you will be a product leader who continuously raises the bar for product excellence across the organization.

This role is based in our San Mateo HQ and reports to the Product lead, Content Sharing.

You will:

• Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for Creation Tools, building intuitive and powerful ways for users to generate, edit, and share content on Roblox.
• Lead large, cross-org initiatives that span Creation Tools, Consumption Experience, Creator Rewards, and Platform Monetization, from problem framing through launch and iteration.
• Act as a senior-level IC by directly owning a set of complex, high-impact bets, including defining problem spaces, success metrics, and multi-release roadmaps.
• Mentor and elevate other PMs in the Social group, improving product discovery, strategy docs, PRDs, and experiment design across pods.
• Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Creator Relations to deliver seamless, reliable, and delightful creation experiences for users of all skill levels.
• Represent Creation Tools in senior forums, driving alignment on tradeoffs and decisions through clear written narratives and data-driven reviews.

You have:

• 5-8+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent on creator tools, user-generated content (UGC), social or gaming products.
• A proven track record operating at a senior scope: setting strategy for a major product area, leading cross-org initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical depth and experience partnering with engineers on complex user interfaces, creation workflows, rendering, or content management systems.
• Demonstrated success shipping and scaling tools that serve diverse user bases—from everyday players making their first post to professional influencers and developers building their brands.
• A history of improving product process and craft, raising the bar on how teams discover opportunities, define problem spaces, prioritize, and experiment, not just shipping your own roadmap.
• Expert written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build clear narratives, efficiently drive alignment across teams, and make thoughtful, data-informed decisions.
