Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Manager, Insurance Product, Employer Subsidized and New Growth Platforms to join our Insurance Product Development team.

About the role:

The Senior Manager, Insurance Product, Employer Subsidized and New Growth Platforms, leads the development and advancement of insurance lifestyle product concepts. These concepts include lifestyle-based offerings and employer-subsidized or hybrid market solutions, and health solutions.

You will operate as a hands-on innovation leader, responsible for translating corporate strategy into scalable product concepts, leading pilot development, and driving execution from brainstorming through launch. The Senior Manager also plays a critical role in shaping the product roadmap, expanding into new market opportunities, while guiding matrixed reporting junior team members.

You will report into the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development.

Work Location: This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states. These states are: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Note, this list of states is subject to change. #LI-Remote

Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $149,040- $195,615 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $134,136- $176,054 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency:  Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
