Senior Engineer – Identity Resilience
The Opportunity
We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Senior Engineer – Identity Resilience at Bangalore and Hyderabad locations.
As a Senior Engineer on the Identity Resilience team, you will develop and enhance products that help enterprises monitor, protect, and recover their identity environments. You will build solutions across leading identity platforms including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, AWS IAM, and Google.
You’ll work on challenging engineering problems around identity change monitoring, auditing, protection, and recovery while building highly scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native software.
What you’ll do…
- Design, develop, and maintain core Identity Resilience services and components.
- Build solutions for continuous identity change monitoring, auditing, protection, and recovery.
- Develop integrations with identity platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, AWS IAM, and Google.
- Build scalable services to discover and monitor identities, groups, roles, policies, permissions, and other identity configurations.
- Design and develop microservices and event-driven systems for processing identity changes at scale.
- Work with APIs, SDKs, audit logs, events, and other interfaces provided by identity platforms.
- Build highly available and reliable services using cloud-native architectures.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code.
- Debug complex production issues and improve system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, Security, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Follow the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) by incorporating security throughout the software development process.
Who you are…
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5–7 years of software development experience.
- Strong programming experience in C++, C#, .NET, Java, Go, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Good understanding of event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience building scalable and highly available enterprise or SaaS applications.
- Experience working with REST APIs, SDKs, messaging systems, and external platform integrations.
- Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), multithreading and concurrency, data structures and algorithms, and networking concepts.
- Good understanding of identity concepts such as users, groups, roles, policies, permissions, and access controls.
- Experience with debugging and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in Agile development environments.
- Security, SaaS, and cloud experience strongly preferred.
What would make you stand out…
- Development experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, AWS IAM, Google identity services, or similar identity platforms.
- Experience with identity platform APIs such as Microsoft Graph, Okta APIs, AWS IAM APIs, or Google APIs.
- Experience building identity monitoring, change auditing, backup, recovery, or cyber resilience solutions.
- Understanding of hybrid identity environments spanning on-premises and cloud identity platforms.
- Knowledge of identity security, privileged access, unauthorized changes, and identity-based threats.
- Experience building large-scale event-driven and distributed systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containers, public cloud platforms, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, data protection, or cyber resilience products.
