Senior Designer

Landor is looking for a Senior Designer to join our Singapore studio to lead conceptual exploration and craft scalable brand systems for ambitious regional and global clients across tech, automotive, finance, government, and beyond.

What you’ll do

• Lead Brand Creation: Drive conceptual exploration from rough sketching to polished, integrated visual identity systems across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
• Translate Strategy: Turn strategic thinking into compelling, audience-first design narratives.
• Present & Influence: Confidently present creative work to internal teams and clients with clear rationale.
• Mentor & Elevate: Guide more junior designers, champion craft excellence, and nurture our studio culture.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer (or senior-level Designer) within a branding or creative agency.
• A standout portfolio showcasing bold conceptual thinking, visual craft, and multi-channel brand systems.
• A digital-first approach, with proficiency in modern design workflows, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-enabled/emerging creative tools.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Based in Singapore
