Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Planung, Design, Durchführung, Etablierung, Analyse und Validierung bioanalytischer Experimente auf Basis von Ligandenbindungs-Assays (LBA), einschließlich Pharmakokinetik-(PK)-, Anti-Drug-Antibody-(ADA)-, Total-Antibody-(TAb)- und Neutralizing-Antibody-(NAb)-Studien, gemäß vorgegebenen Anweisungen zur Methodenentwicklung.

• Durchführung biologischer Probenanalysen unter Anwendung etablierter und qualifizierter Ligandenbindungs-Methoden.

• Eigenständige Einarbeitung in relevante Dokumente sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller geltenden Anforderungen und Richtlinien.

• Analyse und Auswertung von Ergebnissen mithilfe von Precision Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Microsoft Excel und GraphPad Prism.

• Unterstützung von Prozessen im Zusammenhang mit dem Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

• Zusammenstellung und Aufbereitung von Ergebnissen für Übersichten, Entwicklungsfortschritte, Präsentationen und weitere Dokumentationsformate.

• Prüfung von studien- und abteilungsbezogenen Dokumenten, z. B. SOPs, Validierungsprotokollen, Validierungsberichten, Notes-to-File, LIMS-Experimentprotokollen, Protokollvorlagen und Formularen.

• Wartung von Laborgeräten sowie Übernahme der Verantwortung für zugewiesene Geräte.

• Verantwortung für die Autoklavierung von flüssigen und festen Laborabfällen.

• Verwaltung von Reagenzien bei unterschiedlichen Lagertemperaturen, Pflege des Material- und Reagenzieninventars für alle Projekte sowie Unterstützung bei Bestellprozessen.

• Pflege und Aktualisierung klinischer Probendaten in den entsprechenden Systemen.

• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung, Optimierung und Einhaltung von Verfahren sowie erforderlicher SOP-Dokumentation für PK- und ADA-Methoden sowie weiterer abteilungsbezogener Dokumente.

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Labor-, Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften (EHS) sowie aktive Unterstützung entsprechender Sicherheitsmaßnahmen.

Anforderungsprofil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Biologie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie, Pharmazie, Chemie oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung.
• Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Bioanalytik oder Ligandenbindungs-Assays (LBA) von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse in PK-, ADA-, TAb- und/oder NAb-Analysen sind wünschenswert.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit LIMS-Systemen, Microsoft Excel und GraphPad Prism.
• Sorgfältige, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
